It has been confirmed that the account of Hotel Keihan Tsukiji Ginza Grande (hereinafter referred to as “the Hotel”) within the reservation management system provided by Booking.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) may have been subject to unauthorized access by an external third party.

We have verified that messages were distributed to some guests who booked the Hotel through the Company, directing them to phishing websites (fraudulent websites designed to steal personal or financial information).

While we are currently investigating the specific details, we sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience and concern this situation has caused our guests.

The cause of this unauthorized access is currently under investigation by the Company and relevant authorities. We will continue to support the investigation and implement necessary measures to ensure the prevention of any recurrence.
